Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Icertis. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving contract lifecycle management sales in the Southeast Asia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the SEA region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and relationships to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage a complex sales cycle, from initial engagement to deal close, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and business drivers to articulate the value of Icertis solutions.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success in their roles.
  • Regularly update Salesforce with pertinent deal information and maintain accurate sales forecasting.

Requirements:

  • 15 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years of strong and relevant enterprise sales experience in ERP/CRM/CLM/Procurement space.
  • Large-scale SaaS sales experience is a must.
  • Proven track record of enterprise software selling in Southeast Asia markets.
  • Ability to understand customer and industry business drivers and how that applies to the management of sales opportunities.
  • Experience in closing large enterprise software sales opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver clear, accurate, and concise written and oral communications.
  • Experience selling into enterprise accounts and managing business pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Track record of exceeding quota year over year for large enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
