As a key member of our APJ growth team, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue expansion and customer acquisition in ASEAN. This exciting new logo Sales role will make a significant impact on our business growth.

Your mission will be to acquire and grow key customers in Databricks, leveraging your expertise in selling within specific vertical domains. You'll guide deals forward to compress decision cycles, communicate the value of our Unified Analytics Platform, and prospect for new opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, ASEAN, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evangelizing Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform and launching the Databricks brand in Enterprise Accounts across all industries
  • Prospecting, identifying, and sourcing new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and with the Databricks SDR team
  • Engaging with business and technical decision makers and leading them through the evaluation and buying process
  • Exceeding individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets
  • Engaging with and driving business through local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs)
  • Driving customer success and upselling in existing customers
  • Creating a Territory Strategy focused on the public sector industry and other industries

We're looking for a sales professional with:

  • 7+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers in the public sector industry and other industries in ASEAN
  • Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology
  • Demonstrable experience of selling innovation, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology
  • A solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger Sale)
  • The ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Proven success and upward trajectory in whatever you have done
