About the Role

The Account Director - Medium Enterprise Workday role is a key position in expanding our coverage with net new enterprises in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking value-adding opportunities to adopt other Workday solutions, leveraging their expertise in cloud-based enterprise applications.

Our customers are increasingly aware of the benefits of transitioning legacy HR and Finance solutions to the cloud. With a well-resourced cross-functional customer-facing team, you will have the opportunity to create positive outcomes for your customers and drive revenue growth for Workday.

Your key focus areas will include:

  • Driving sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
  • Nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Providing support for marketing activities and events.
About You

We are seeking a stellar Account Executive who consistently exceeds company sales quota, selling enterprise cloud solutions to new customers. The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding track record of success, with a strong understanding of the cloud-based enterprise applications market.

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the cloud-based enterprise applications market.
  • You live by a set of values that align with our own, including a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for innovation.
  • ERP/HCM/Finance/Planning or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • You are a fast learner, able to quickly understand the fundamental differences and benefits of an on-demand/cloud/SaaS architecture as an alternative to legacy ERP solutions.
  • You have experience leading a team through sophisticated, strategic sales cycles, orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, and sales support.
