Operations Administrator Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Support Specialist to join our team at ABWIN SERVICE PTE. LTD.
This is a full-time position that offers a monthly salary of SGD 3,000.
Responsibilities- Software Training Provided: Our candidate will receive comprehensive software training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Basic Daily Administration Support: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support on a daily basis, ensuring seamless operations.
- Handling of Car Related Matters and Appointment: As part of this role, you will handle car-related matters, including appointments, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handling of Car Accident Related Matters and Appointment: You will also be responsible for handling car accident-related matters, including appointments, in a timely and effective manner.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm, and Saturday - 9am to 1pm.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Management Skills: Strong management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Test Equipment: Familiarity with test equipment and tools.
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Quality Control: A strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Invoicing: Experience with invoicing systems and processes.
- Administration: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Vehicles: Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle-related matters.
- Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry, with the ability to accurately enter information into various systems.
- Administrative Support: Ability to provide administrative support to senior staff members, as required.
- Microsoft Word: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create complex documents and reports.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide high-quality service to clients and customers.
- Scheduling: Strong scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines.
- Able To Work Independently: Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
