We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at PERSOL Singapore. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Admin and Accounting, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with colleagues, expatriates, and the Japan headquarters.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Bookkeeping and processing payments
  • Filing administration and managing office supplies and services
  • Organizing and storing company documents as needed
  • Preparing and filing expense claims and records
  • Arranging meetings, events, travel, and mail distribution
  • Assisting expatriates or personnel from Japan headquarters and related administrative processes
