Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ATLAS SERVICES GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. This role is responsible for coordinating operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As an Operations and Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing timely updates on inventory and operations, coordinating with operations teams, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operation Liaison
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers on timely inventory and operation updates.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary documents, port passes, and permits are available for inbound/outbound operations.
  • Inform customers of any delays, damages, or shortages.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot issues, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support and Resolve Operations Issues
  • Update stowage plans for warehouses, support quarterly auditing, and monthly auditing.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
  • Timely updates of weightlist, tallysheet, inventory records, and other reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on daily movements.
  • Liaise with customers to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support tracking of operations and customer activities for month-end invoicing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

This role requires a strong skill set in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, as well as excellent customer experience and business continuity skills. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of inventory management, invoicing, administration, auditing, strategy, data entry, unit operations, administrative support, customer satisfaction, and scheduling.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum
