We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our firm in operational and strategic matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff, promoting excellence in office operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • Assist in organizing office schedules, meetings, and firm-wide social activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate the posting of job openings, arrange interviews, and facilitate the on-boarding process for new joiners.
  • Update staff training records and maintain accurate records of employee information.
  • Process claims, staff appraisals, and publish office memos in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Raise purchase requisitions for office materials and capital expenditures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in an administrative role.

Working Arrangements

  • 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm)
  • Working location: Tanjong Pagar
