The Help Desk Specialist with Administrative Support is a key role that involves providing top-notch customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with order placements, delivery schedules, and product/service information.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
Administrative Support Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and photocopying.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
