Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

About the Role
As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and achieve first-call resolution. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document all follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, achieving first-call resolution through efficient issue resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including documentation of follow-up actions.
- Develop solutions to recurring issues or trends and escalate them to the Team Lead for analysis and process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software.
