**Job Title:** Help Desk Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our help desk team. As a Help Desk Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all support queries are handled efficiently.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the help desk, including supervising staff and overseeing the resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency in the help desk process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop new processes and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and training to help desk staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • 7 years of experience in end-user support, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk day-to-day operations and ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
  • Experience in situational management, gap analysis, productivity, call/incident trending, and managing complaints.
