Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our help desk team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for employees with technical issues related to their work devices and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

- Provide remote support using tools such as TeamViewer and Quick Assist.

- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and iOS device setup.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SharePoint Online.

- Basic cybersecurity awareness and safe data handling practices.

- Solid organizational and documentation skills.
