Job Title: Help Desk Specialist
Overview:This role involves providing first-call resolution to users contacting the hotline, advising on issues.
- Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat platforms.
- Liaise with other support teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication skills and customer service orientation. You should also be able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Minimum educational qualification: O Level or equivalent.
- Ability to maintain professionalism while handling inquiries from the public, including managing high-stress situations.
As a Help Desk Specialist, you can expect:
- Location: Suntec
- Working hours: 44 hours per week, 5.5 days
- Rotational shifts: multiple timing options available
- Public holiday allowance: $100 per scheduled PH worked
