We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technology tickets and providing technical support to our customers.

As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical issues and will be responsible for resolving their problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage technology tickets from initial receipt through to resolution
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
