Help Desk Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to incoming calls related to client projects, following basic troubleshooting guides, and providing first-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Log, categorize, and close tickets according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with users via phone or other communication channels
  • Problem-Solving: Use basic troubleshooting guides to resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff members when necessary
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Education: NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar scope is preferred
  • Skillset: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow SOPs accurately, and proficiency in help desk software
