Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Growth Specialist to join our team at Luxury Careers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or retail management and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales and inventory data to maintain healthy stock rotation and optimize turnover.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with business goals, market competitiveness, and profitability.
- Conduct monthly sales and performance analysis to support business decisions.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join Luxury Careers and drive the travel essentials business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or retail management and excellent analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in merchandising, category management, or buying, preferably in duty-free, FMCG, or travel retail.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
