We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to lead our sales and marketing efforts for medical devices portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing effective marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to support growth and expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Participate in business development for new markets and new products.
  • Maintain knowledge of new developments in the related field and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in science or healthcare discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
  • Willingness to travel in Southeast Asia when required.
