A great opportunity has become available in our da Vinci Surgery team as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Support:

  • Assist in day-to-day sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth execution of team activities.
  • Support the management of marketing collaterals

Event Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and attend conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  • Handle logistics, venue bookings, and all other event-related arrangements.

HCP Engagement and Logistics:

  • Initiate Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) engagement requests with the Legal team and maintain database of contractual agreements.
  • Execute smooth flow of HCP engagement from start to end, including close follow-ups post-event, such as processing of service payments.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and logistics for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee demo system movements and maintain stock records.
  • Take ownership of inventory management for stocks allocated for training and clinical evaluation purposes.

Training Support:

  • Facilitate the preparation of customer training sessions, including stock preparation, set-ups, and logistics.
  • Track bookings of customer trainings in the system

Market and Industry Research:

  • Conduct ongoing research of web forums, seminars, and discussion groups relevant to our product portfolio.
  • Gather and review published data related to Da Vinci surgery in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.

Experience required

Essential

  • Understanding of Device Technologies policies and procedures including any vaccination and background checks in line with your role and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with health, safety, and industry codes of conduct.
