About the role
We are seeking a Sales and Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Deltec Marketing & Engineering Pte Ltd. This full-time role will involve providing key administrative and sales support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Job Description

  • Establish contact on project leads.
  • Follow up on project leads and manage appointments for sales team presentations.
  • Prepare sales presentation slides and other presentation materials.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, sales contracts, delivery orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Answering customers' questions related to pricing, product availability and payment terms.
  • Handle customer feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary.
  • Assist sales manager on project coordination by liaising with developers, clients, architects, main contractors & quantity surveyors.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the admin team as and when required.
  • Fair remuneration based on experience + company benefits.

Requirements

  • Experience: at least 2 years relevant working experience in Sales or Administrative positions.
  • Prior experience in the construction or home automation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of how to use Canva or other designing software.
  • Basic understanding of mobile apps/home automation & technology
  • Willingness to learn & adapt to new programs and technologies.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication and responsibility.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
  • Local Talent preferred
