Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support


•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and order details.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.


•⁠ ⁠Handle inquiries from sales teams and customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.


•⁠ ⁠Generate and distribute sales performance reports to track targets and achievements.

2.⁠ ⁠Marketing Support


•⁠ ⁠Help in the execution of marketing campaigns, including preparing marketing materials and managing event logistics.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor inventory of marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, posters) and coordinate replenishment as needed.


•⁠ ⁠Manage social media content schedules and assist in basic copywriting or image editing for posts.


•⁠ ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to the marketing team.


•⁠ ⁠Update product information on the website and ensure consistency across digital platforms.

3. Coordination and Communication
