As a Sales Enablement Director at Netflix Game Studio, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue acceleration initiatives and working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver global projects that drive revenue in the region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advertising/advertising-related fields and/or sales operations, with a proven ability to collaborate with sales managers, country/channel sales leaders, account management, and partner management team leaders. You'll also be a self-starter who can independently manage and lead regional projects to drive ads revenue in APAC, while also being a strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions.
About the Role:
- Drive revenue acceleration initiatives
- Work with cross-functional partners to deliver global projects that drive revenue in the region
- Represent regional needs with global teams and stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership of critical regional projects and execution of global projects
About You:
- Extensive years of experience in advertising/advertising-related fields; and/or experience working in sales operations
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales managers, country/channel sales leaders, account management, and partner management team leaders
- Self-starter with the ability to independently manage and lead regional projects to drive ads revenue in APAC
- Strong collaborator who embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions
