Position Overview:

This is a quota carrying position that will manage a team of new business sales professionals. The Director of Sales (APAC) primary responsibility is to grow new business sales across the Enterprise sales organization within the region. Other responsibilities include sales team management, performance management, pipeline reviews, contract negotiations, territory plans, territory reviews, sales forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently improve and grow new business sales.
  • Develop sales strategies and processes based on market research, competitor analyses, and peer input.
  • Ensure sales quotas of the sales teams across the region are met through direction and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Coach and train the sales team, ensuring that the sales reps are equipped with essential skills sets to grow the business, developing interventions whenever necessary to manage sales reps' performance
