We are a fast-growing compliance software startup dedicated to equipping financial institutions with advanced technology to combat financial crime, meet regulatory compliance requirements, and enhance operational efficiency. As part of our expansion in the APAC region, we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial 360 Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Overview:As a 360 Sales Executive (APAC), you will play a crucial role in supporting senior sales leaders while also managing your own sales pipeline. This role offers a balance of strategic collaboration and independent sales execution, providing opportunities to work closely with leadership while driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior sales executives in managing strategic accounts, nurturing client relationships, and executing sales initiatives in APAC.
- Manage the full sales cycle for your own set of opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that align with client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure alignment on strategy and goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and provide insights to improve the company's offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's ambitious growth objectives.
- Adapt sales strategies to evolving market conditions and regulatory environments across APAC.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or fintech sector, with a strong track record of success.
- Knowledge of financial services, particularly compliance, AML, and risk management. Familiarity with APAC regulations is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling both strategic support and independent deal closures.
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to showcase ROI and value to clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a passion for technology and business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Collaborative team player with high self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural and business environments across APAC.
