360 Project Manager

Digitalli Asia is seeking a dynamic 360 Project Manager to support our luxury retail clients in delivering impactful visual merchandising (VM) and marketing related projects. The deliverables will be print production and video adaptation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of retail marketing, project management expertise, and a passion for elevating brand presence through high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle for VM and marketing initiatives, focusing on print production and video adaptation across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with luxury retail clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into effective execution plans.
  • Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are executed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and production partners to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions proactively to keep projects running smoothly.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for luxury retail clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on VM, print, and video solutions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work with creative and production teams to deliver assets that align with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Production & Quality Control

  • Oversee print production and installation processes, ensuring materials meet luxury brand quality standards.
  • Manage video adaptation projects, including resizing, format optimization, and localization.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications for all deliverables.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within luxury retail, marketing, or production industries.
  • Strong background in visual merchandising, print production, and video adaptation.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with production processes, digital content adaptation, and retail activation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Business proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Ability to understand the specific needs of luxury customers
