Job Description- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior management
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand and respond to market trends and competition
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- A proven track record of sales experience within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels within an organisation
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and sales data
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement
