About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating a qualified new business pipeline with multinational organizations, developing business development strategies, and executing on all sales and business development related activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multinational organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Manage the sales process and ensure timely delivery of results
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 3-7 years of business development experience in corporate sales environment, B2B, B2C
- Strong track record of success in new business development and client management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
