About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Specialist to join our team at KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. in the Derivatives Sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new clients and develop targeted sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales trading, dealing with institutional clients, or institutional sales
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives products, including exchange-traded and exchange-cleared OTC derivatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
