About the Role:

As an Institutional Sales Manager at Crypto.com, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of building and managing relationships with institutional clients in the fast-growing crypto and blockchain industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the crypto market and the ability to identify and pitch relevant products to institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and reach out to institutional client leads
* Understand client needs and pitch relevant Crypto.com products
* Attend conferences and represent Crypto.com to increase awareness of our institutional business products and services
* Conduct community outreach activities to expand and deepen our institutional footprint
* Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
* Draft and close client or partnership agreements
* Propose new crypto institutional offerings

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in institutional outbound sales
* 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker
* Network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space
* Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners
* Excellent command of professional written and oral English
