OCBC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Institutional Dealing and Execution team. As Senior Institutional Dealing Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing our institutional clients' equity dealing and execution business. This includes driving group collaboration, internalizing order flow, and strategic planning to align with our overall OSPL strategy. Key areas of focus include financial growth, customer acquisition and retention, risk management, and human capital development. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Institutional Dealing and Execution and Central Dealing departments, and lead ad hoc projects and assignments. To succeed in this role, you will require relevant experience working in the stockbroking industry, with at least 5-8 years of institutional equity sales and dealing experience, and a proven track record of managing sales teams or departments. You will also need to possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as a good working knowledge of trading systems and order management systems.
