The Institutional Sales Manager, FX

Our client, a well-established FI is looking to fill the role Institutional Sales Manager, FX to drive sales and building strong relationships with institutional clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients to understand their FX needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Actively acquire new institutional clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for institutional clients, providing timely and relevant market insights and advisory on FX strategies.
  • Drive FX sales to achieve set revenue targets, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell FX products and services.
  • Monitor FX markets, including currency trends, interest rate movements, and geopolitical events, to provide clients with informed recommendations.
  • Identify and manage risks in FX transactions, working closely with risk and compliance teams to adhere to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years in FX sales or a related field, with experience in handling institutional clients.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets within institutional FX or financial services.
