About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Manager to join our team. As an Institutional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with institutional clients, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and financial institutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Craft and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging your expertise in digital assets and web3 technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, to drive business results and deliver value to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space, using this information to inform your sales strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales, preferably in the digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 space.
  • 1+ year of experience working with exchanges, custodians, or prime brokers.
  • A network or book of clients in the cryptocurrency space is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners, e.g., examples of acquiring institutional clients, driving business results with clients and partners, drafting documentation and agreements.
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English, with writing and presentation samples welcome.
