KGI Securities (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our team in the APAC region.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, drive business growth, and contribute to the company's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to target institutional clients and grow revenue.
- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service, understand their needs, and identify new opportunities.
- New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and other means.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments, including IT, Dealing, and Operations, to ensure seamless client service and support.
- Risk Management: Collaborate with the Risk Management team to manage clients' margin requirements, monitor risk exposure, and provide recommendations to minimize risks.
- Marketing and Innovation: Participate in marketing activities, contribute to product innovation, and provide feedback on customer demand to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Degree holder in relevant majors, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in institutional sales or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in English and Japanese, excellent communication skills, analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
