Executive Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Receptionist to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling email and in-coming calls, providing excellent customer service to walk-in customers, assisting with visitor check-in, and performing various administrative tasks.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced front office professional to take their career to the next level. As an Executive Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Email Management: Handle all incoming emails and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Visitor Check-In: Assist visitors with check-in procedures and provide directions as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as sorting, scanning, and archiving documents, internal dispatching, and document mailing/courier services.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties assigned by the manager as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
