ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking an exceptional Executive Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support.

About the Role
Salary: SGD 35,000 - SGD 45,000 per annum

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to provide administrative support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, managing meeting room bookings, handling general inquiries, and operating the switchboard.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support
  • Manage meeting room bookings and handle general inquiries
  • Operate the switchboard and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available to start immediately or with short notice
