Auto Gallery Receptionist

Job Summary:

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Auto Gallery Receptionist to join our team.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, answer general enquiries, and take/pass messages to recipients.
- Greet, check in, and announce customers' arrival.
- Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations.
- Be responsible for incoming mails, parcels, and front desk's petty cash.
- Manage hardcopy filing of front desk's monthly report.
- Coordinate with chauffeur on pickups and sending off customers.
- Summarise and verify retail transactions settlement for account use.
- Managing the Sales Executive turn system.
- Ensure the showroom is tidy and orderly.
- Ensure display cars (interior and exterior) are in good condition.
- Provide refreshments to customers.
- Perform general adhoc admin duties as assigned.

About You:
We are looking for someone who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, is able to multitask, and has a strong attention to detail. As a Auto Gallery Receptionist, you will be working closely with our sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

A competitive salary of up to SGD 3000 + Variable Bonus

- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, with flexible hours scheduled by management.
