Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator to lead and engage our Retail Change Management team in preparing and submitting Change Requests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders. They will be responsible for reviewing and validating CR submissions in alignment with System Development Methodology governance standards, monitoring CR capacity against quarterly release budgets, and ensuring alignment with planning.
The selected candidate will also track and report CR progress to ensure timely delivery within business timelines and release calendars. Additionally, they will facilitate and conduct Delivery Steering Committee meetings across Southeast Asia markets to provide CR updates and drive alignment.

- Track and report CR progress to ensure timely delivery within business timelines and release calendars.
- Facilitate and conduct Delivery Steering Committee meetings across Southeast Asia markets to provide CR updates and drive alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information System, or related field.
- At least 7-9 years' relevant experience, preferably in a Finance Institution.
