Estimated Salary: SGD 38,000 - SGD 52,000 per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Administration Executive to join our team. As an administrative professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing transportation management services for staff and guests
  • Conducting ad-hoc courier services for staff cards and managing daily courier services between office locations
  • Overseeing stationery top-ups and supervising the document collection and shredding process at vendor premises
  • Managing corporate vehicles, coordinating with vendors for vehicle servicing, and addressing issues related to corporate vehicles
  • Assisting with facilities management duties, including arranging meeting venues, reporting office faults, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of pantry equipment

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A diploma or ITE certificate in business administration, facilities management, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration, facilities management, and transportation logistics
  • A valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record and safe driving habits
  • Demonstrated professionalism, clear communication skills, and good customer service skills
  • Responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and reliability
