The Role: As an Administrative Executive in our Corporate Administration Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and organization. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our administrative processes.

Job Scope:

  • You will provide transportation management services for staff and guests, including ad-hoc courier services and daily courier services between different office locations.
  • Manage stock takes and procurement of items, oversee stationery top-ups, and supervise document collection and shredding at vendor premises.
  • Oversee corporate vehicles, coordinate with vendors for vehicle servicing, and address any issues related to corporate vehicles.
  • Assist with facilities management duties, including arranging meeting venues, reporting office faults, and ensuring pantry equipment maintenance.
  • Run errands as part of the Corporate Admin team and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A diploma or ITE in business administration, facilities management, or a related field is preferred. Qualifications in logistics and transportation management are beneficial.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate administration, facilities management, and transportation logistics is required.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, clear communication skills, and good customer service skills.
  • Be responsible, punctual, proactive, and reliable.

Estimated Salary: SGD 45,000 - 55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
