About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our Human Resource Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the formulation, implementation, and review of related policies, procedures, practices, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to adopt best practices in compensation management
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to inform compensation decisions
  • Design and implement benefits programs to meet the needs of our employees
  • Lead the benefits function and work cross-functionally to ensure the success of new benefit programs
  • Manage all communication and change efforts related to benefits programs
Requirements
  • At least 5-10 years' experience as a HR practitioner or in an equivalent capacity
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with relevant hands-on experience
  • Prior experience working in the public sector is an advantage
  • Strategic mindset, self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills, organisational capabilities, and ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and confident in engaging key stakeholders at all levels
  • Technology savvy and familiar with digital HR solutions to drive efficiencies
What We Offer

Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
