The Role

As a key member of the Parkway Laboratory's HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive business results. This includes conducting market benchmarking, job evaluation, and other related work to ensure the total rewards and recognition program is robust and competitive.

Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
Collaborate with corporate HR team to participate in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
Support HR budgetary exercises, including manpower numbers control, budgeting, and monthly cost forecasting and reporting
Stay up-to-date with best practices and legislative changes to ensure statutory compliance
Provide advisory services to stakeholders, including BUs and employees
Participate in the roll-out of corporate HR initiatives and programs, such as annual salary increments, promotions, and rewards-related exercises
Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in compensation and benefits
Possesses business acumen, initiative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to leverage data to draw insights and make solid decisions and recommendations
Team player with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Excellent Excel and communication skills
