Job Summary
DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Group Human Resources team as a Senior Manager, Rewards and Benefits. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the bank's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that it remains competitive and aligned with the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their compensation and benefits needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the bank's compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Partner with HR Communications to develop and implement employee communications strategies that promote the bank's rewards and benefits programs.
- Ensure that the bank's compensation and benefits programs are aligned with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with business leaders and HR stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the bank's business objectives and strategies.
