Job Scope

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer, Benefits to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of work-injury claims, ensuring timely submission and management of enquiries from the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Insurer and Broker relationships to ensure claims are processed according to statutory requirements and on a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Finance to administer claims and reimbursement pertaining to work-injury cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal and relevant departments, to facilitate seamless claim processing and resolution.
  • Administer and review benefits policies and programs to ensure compliance with employment-related regulations and alignment with the Company's total rewards strategy.
  • Provide advice on the day-to-day application of benefits policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Conduct utilization analysis and reports for management.
  • Manage the in-house clinic, including liaising with the clinic on work-injury cases.
  • Ensure accuracy of execution of monthly payroll (leave) processes.
  • Support planning and review of employee benefits, insurance renewals, and other benefit initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislations and government statutory requirements.
  • Sound understanding of benefits principles and processes.
  • Analytical, independent, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Enjoy interactions with people.
