Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and driving effective compensation and benefits policies and processes to attract and retain employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and review company benefits, including medical and group insurance coverage, flexible benefits, and cafeteria and clinic administration.
- Manage policies relating to flexible work arrangement, wellness, employee privilege programs, and expatriate matters.
- Plan and execute benefits programs and activities, including benefit surveys and market research.
- Assist in the formulation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Update and maintain HR policy manual, HR communication tools, and SAP HR Module.
- Plan and administer system enhancement and rollouts.
- Submit routine reports to various departments or within HR.
- Provide backup support for compensation-related matters, including clocking, OT, salary review, and bonus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Graduate Diploma in HRM or Specialist Diploma in Compensation and Benefits.
- 2-5 years' experience in HR operations, HR shared service, or C&B.
- Vendor management of cafeteria/in-house clinic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- SAP experience preferred.
