Job Title: APAC Benefits Intern
Job Summary:
The APAC Benefits Intern will partner with the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments to provide support and contribute to employee benefits and wellbeing projects that benefit the entire APAC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging communications and materials to promote awareness and participation in wellbeing programs among internal employees.
- Collaborate with HR vendors to set up wellbeing events or programs, ensuring timely roll-out.
- Enhance the internal benefits website to promote employee awareness of existing benefits programs.
- Develop effective measures to track employee participation or success in wellbeing programs.
- Draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters, and visually stunning presentations.
- Participate in vendor meetings to articulate requirements and track project progress.
- Develop a policy perspective by drafting benefits policies for the APAC region.
- Perform administrative duties, including process improvement, data analysis, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Outstanding writing and communication skills.
- Experience with social media content in a professional/business setting is a plus.
- Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues working remotely.
- Effective project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
