Job Summary:

The APAC Benefits Intern will partner with the HR team in Singapore and other cross-functional departments to provide support and contribute to employee benefits and wellbeing projects that benefit the entire APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging communications and materials to promote awareness and participation in wellbeing programs among internal employees.
  • Collaborate with HR vendors to set up wellbeing events or programs, ensuring timely roll-out.
  • Enhance the internal benefits website to promote employee awareness of existing benefits programs.
  • Develop effective measures to track employee participation or success in wellbeing programs.
  • Draft captivating copywriting campaigns, digital posters, and visually stunning presentations.
  • Participate in vendor meetings to articulate requirements and track project progress.
  • Develop a policy perspective by drafting benefits policies for the APAC region.
  • Perform administrative duties, including process improvement, data analysis, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media content in a professional/business setting is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and effectively collaborate with colleagues working remotely.
  • Effective project management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
