About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rewards Manager to join our team at Zebra. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs and policies for Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to create Total Rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine company's competitive position.
  • Provide expertise to business groups in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, market benchmarking, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor market trends and strive for improvements and competitiveness.
  • Represent the company at external meetings and events.
  • Collaborate with global compensation teams and regional HR teams to manage Annual Compensation Planning process.
  • Drive and lead insured benefits review, remarketing, and renewal process.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Project manage Rewards initiatives and issues involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Communicate rewards initiatives to employees.
  • Demonstrate and promote Zebra's values throughout the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Rewards, with experience in executive compensation highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of salary structure development and design.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams within a multinational company.
  • Advanced presentation creation skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Project management skills and experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
