You will be responsible for aligning the rewards strategy with overall company goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, productivity, fairness, and competitiveness in order to attract and retain talent.
Spearhead the enterprise total reward strategy and policy which includes salary structures, bonuses, incentives, recognition and employee benefits programs. Partner with HR and business to integrate compensation and benefits into the TDCX performance management system. This could include developing and implementing performance appraisal guidelines and merit increase recommendations. Develop and manage organizational design process, including structure, span of control, job creation, evaluation, and job matrix. Conduct market analysis to determine the optimum compensation structure for all job levels and role types in the organization. Advise key business leaders on strategic planning, recommending solutions adapted to regional needs while maintaining global standards. Lead the benefits design/renewal process, and negotiation with external vendors. Maintain regular contact with regional and country-level HR leadership to identify overall total rewards-related needs. Ensure compliance with statutory and legislative regulations on salary and benefits requirements. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for? Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields. Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in developing and implementing total rewards programs. Strong leadership skills in the compensation and benefits function. Proven capacity to influence and manage stakeholders effectively. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Demonstrates adaptability in a fast-paced atmosphere and ability to operate under pressure to fulfill project deadlines. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure to meet project timelines. Innovative individual with strong business acumen towards compensation and benefits strategies.-
