You will:

Advise HR Business Partners on all matters related to Compensation & Benefits, in order to ensure competitiveness of rewards package from both collective and individual perspective Answer business stakeholders’ queries related to Compensation & Benefits topics In charge of job grading for business roles (Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail, etc.) Regional coordinator & referent for our Share & Care program Coordinate Market Data Submission and external Rewards partners management with Central and Zone Team Support the process of pay revisions, conduct regular analysis on competitiveness of pay and benefits practices by providing advice to business partners based on Rewards data analytics Monitor quality of the process, in particular exactness of C&B and HRIS data Provide regular analysis and statistics on rewards related data Upskilling of Managers/ HR on our company tools Ensure compliance of country practices to our Group or Regional policies Work closely with other rewards counterparts to review/rethink existing process/ tools/ workflow/ policies to always aim for better efficiency

You have:

At least - years of experience in C&B (Job Grading, package & policy design) Project Management, Excel and Power BI Fluent written/spoken English Ideally experience in working with SAP Success Factor and tech savvy At ease with very international environment and comfortable in public speech Proactive and entrepreneurial, ready to debate and share his/her point of view with stakeholders Team player, the role will rely heavily on teams’ cooperation so interpersonal skills will be key Puedes inscribirte en un máximo de tres ofertas en un período de días.
