Total Rewards Transformation Leader

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to spearhead the strategic transformation of our employee benefits and pensions programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating current offerings, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Transformation
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits transformation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Assess the effectiveness and evaluate the financial value of current benefits and pensions programs, and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for benefits initiatives.
Other Strategic Total Rewards Projects
The role will also support key strategic initiatives within the Total Rewards function, including communication strategy, sales compensation design, and other projects as needed.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned total rewards professional with 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including compensation program design, benefits design and administration, sales compensation, and compensation cycle administration. You should have excellent project management, analytical, and influencing skills, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of partners.
