About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Total Rewards Programs and Projects globally at NTT GDC. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving our main TR programs and policies, providing strategic direction, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of related TR programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and administer various HR programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, recognition, and sales compensation.
  • Manage TR projects, setting budgets, defining timelines, and overseeing deliverables.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enable HR teams on Total Rewards topics.
  • Research, analyze data, and prepare quarterly reports on HR trends, new project suggestions, and current program goals and progress.
  • Identify opportunities to globalize, standardize, and transfer work activities to HR Shared Services.
  • Own global policies related to Pay, including retention, recognition, sign-on bonuses, and more.
  • Facilitate annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring consistency and transparency.
  • Manage key stakeholders, including HR Leadership, Region heads, Function Heads, TR and Finance colleagues, and HRBPs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in international compensation and benefits, with a proven track record.
  • Strong network of TR specialists and leaders in the external marketplace.
  • Practical TR implementation and operational knowledge, as well as strategy development.
  • Broad knowledge of remuneration and global/local market trends.
  • Expert understanding of pay and recognition-related applications, implementation, and communication issues.
