Compensation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team at TEMASEK. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation plans that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct benchmarking studies to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement total rewards strategies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our compensation strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in compensation strategy and design.
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Expertise in compensation software and systems, including data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
