Executive, Business Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a strong executor and communicator to join our team as a Business Academy Leader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class learning experiences to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update training materials to meet the needs of our business.
- Deliver focused training programs to multiple channels, ensuring timely, relevant, and learner-centric content.
- Enable sales representatives to acquire knowledge, mindset, and skills through effective training solutions.
- Support the delivery of tactical initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and schedule new product launch trainings, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder buy-in.
- Host third-party provider trainings, engaging with external business partners and coordinating logistics.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in business, banking, and finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, training, or a related role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to create multiple timelines and schedules.
- Excellent team collaboration and camaraderie skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
